Step 1: Prepare the food product by washing it by your own preferred method.
Step 2: If the product is larger than the size of the grinder which is 4.3 inches wide, you need to cut down the product into pieces that they would easily fit into the grinder.
Step 3: Grind the product and let it pass through the bag. The bag works as a filter and it takes out any kind of pulps, seeds, skins. Which will result in betterment of your juice taste.
Step 4: If you are trying to make a juice which is less than twenty ounces, you can use Single speed button which is a ninety seconds press. If you’re making a large batch of juice up to 60 ounces you can press Batch speed button, which will take about four minutes.
Step 5: The press will slowly apply pressure on the product and you’ll have fresh juice with lots of nutrients which are ready or serve or can be refrigerated for about four days.
